Terms of use
Profit Pack supports business calculations but does not provide accounting, tax or financial advice. You remain responsible for verifying prices, taxes and business decisions. Pro purchases are processed under Apple App Store terms. The full rules follow.
1. General
- These terms govern the use of the Profit Pack: Food Cost mobile app for iPhone (the App), provided by NIE PRZELEWKI Sp. z o.o. (the Operator, registration details below).
- By installing or using the App you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
- The App is intended for businesses and people running or managing a food service venue. Consumers additionally keep the rights granted by mandatory law.
2. What the App does
- The App calculates food cost, margin per portion, margin percentage and weekly margin, and a suggested price for menu items from data you enter, and classifies items using the menu engineering method (Star, Plowhorse, Puzzle, Dog).
- The App works locally on the device. It offers no cloud sync, no backup held by the Operator, no versions for other platforms and no POS integration.
- The interface is available in English, Polish, Spanish and German.
3. Free and Pro plans
- The Free plan lets you store up to 5 recipes and use calculations and menu analysis. The limit applies to creating and duplicating recipes, not to reading them.
- The Pro plan removes the recipe limit, adds CSV export and purchase restore on Apple devices signed in to the same Apple Account.
- Pro is a subscription purchased exclusively through Apple In-App Purchase. Price, currency and billing period are displayed by Apple before you confirm. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled in Apple Account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Refunds and payment complaints are handled by Apple under App Store terms. The Operator has no access to your payment details.
4. No advice
- Calculation results are a supporting tool. The App does not provide accounting, tax, legal or financial advice and does not replace an accountant or tax adviser.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter (costs, prices, tax rates, sales) and for business decisions made on the basis of the results.
5. Your data
- Recipes, photos, costs and prices are stored only on your device. You are responsible for backing them up (e.g. through a device backup or CSV export in Pro). Uninstalling the App deletes local data.
- Personal data processing is described in the Privacy policy.
6. Licence and restrictions
- The Operator grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on Apple devices under App Store terms.
- Reverse engineering, circumventing Free plan limits, reselling access and unlawful use of the App are prohibited.
7. Liability
The Operator takes care that the App works correctly but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law the Operator is not liable for lost profits or indirect damage arising from the use of calculation results. Liability towards consumers is defined by applicable law.
8. Complaints and contact
Complaints about the App: kontakt@nieprzelewki.pl. We reply within 14 days. Payment complaints are submitted to Apple.
9. Changes and governing law
- The Operator may amend these terms for important reasons (changes in law, features or Apple's terms). Changes are announced in the App or on this page; continued use means acceptance of the new version.
- These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes with consumers are settled by the competent court under general rules; consumers may also use out-of-court dispute resolution.
